At Maple Grove, you have multiple room options:

Golden Room
The Golden Room is our largest room set with 8 foot banquet tables and
features a raised head table, huge dance floor, and bar area. The room is
spacious with high ceilings and beautiful brass chandeliers.
Heritage Room
The Heritage Room accommodates larger groups and is set with a variety
of tables (square, round, and rectangular). This room offers a scenic view
of the 18th hole and a breathtaking view of the bluffs especially
spectacular at sunset. This room features a high ceiling, large dance floor
and sunken crescent shaped bar area.
Sunset Room
The Sunset Room is one of our favorites. This newly remodeled room is
set up with round tables and features a spacious dance floor, bar area, and
raised head table. New this year is the attached breakout room which can
be used for meetings or as a video room for children during your wedding
reception. You bring the videos and children enjoy movies on a big screen.
Tree Top Room
This room has a cozier atmosphere with a spectacular view. The room is
set with round tables and captain chairs and features a dance floor and bar
area. It offers a panoramic view of the golf course and is a perfect setting
for those smaller gatherings
Room Rentals and Deposits
- No Charge for Room Rental if FINAL count is 200 or higher in the
Tree Top, Sunset, or Heritage.
- No Charge for Room Rental if FINAL count is 300 or higher in the
Golden Room.
- $300 Room Rental fee will be added if the FINAL count falls below
minimums noted above.
- A $200 deposit is due upon signing the banquet agreement.
- Another $500 is due six months prior to date of the wedding
reception.
- All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final
bill.

and fee–based services and amenities Maple Grove is the perfect place to
host your Wedding Ceremony, Wedding Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, and
Gift Opening.

Centerpieces:
Choose from 4 settings styles to decorate your tables. This is a classy and
inexpensive way to decorate the room, and there is no need to worry about
set up or clean up when you rent our centerpieces. For more details click
here.
Infocus Video Projector:
While the Bride, Groom and wedding party are taking pictures, entertain
your guests with your home video….and later in the evening; let the kids
settle down with a cartoon or movie in front of the big screen TV (giving
the adults time to relax).
Projector/Big Screen TV are available for entire evening subject to a
rental fee (videos and DVDs not provided).
Guided Cart Tour for the Bride and Groom:
The Bride and Groom can slip away for a special guided tour of Maple
Grove’s 18-hole golf course, which offers some of the most beautiful
settings to take wedding photos.

Wedding Ceremony
|
Indoor:
Maple Grove’s Sunset Room offers the perfect indoor setting for your
wedding ceremony with large picture windows overlooking the golf
course. Seating capacity is 80 with a comfortable lounge area near the
back, perfect for your guests to mingle.
This room is available first to the Bride & Groom who have their reception
scheduled in the Sunset Room.
Subject to a Room Set Up Charge
Outdoor:
At Maple Grove the scenery is unmatched. Picture your special ceremony
with the 18th hole as your back drop. With our many rooms there is plenty
of space to get ready for both bride and groom.

GIFT OPENING BRUNCH in the Sunset Room
|
Maple Grove offers the perfect location to host your Gift Opening and
your out-of-town guests. While the Bride, Groom and family are opening
gifts and relaxing after a spectacular evening; out-of-town guests can grab
a bite to eat then enjoy a round of golf on one of LaCrosse area’s most
mature courses.
Start your first day as a married couple sipping mimosas and sampling
pastries while opening your gifts. For the more hearty appetite consider a
full breakfast buffet (see banquet menu for more details).
Reserve the Sunset Room at no charge when you purchase a minimum of
$150.00 of food and/or beverages. Any amount under the minimum will be
charged a room rental for the difference.
Parties may start anytime - 10:00 AM or later.

REHEARSAL DINNER in the Heritage Room
|
Maple Grove’s Heritage Room offers a private and comfortable location to
host your rehearsal dinner. Whether you are ordering a la carte or
controlling your budget with a buffet, there are many delicious items to
choose from. See banquet menu for details.
The room’s large picture windows provide a great view of the golf course
at sunset… so don’t forget to invite the photographer.
